Day 2: Sit in the sun


On a sunny day, the best thing to do is sit in the sun! I have noticed that after a long period of winter and gloominess people started craving sunshine. As soon as the first rays of sun appeared, it seemed as if people went out to sit in the sun and charge their batteries. We need the sun and its energy to survive. We have more energy and willpower to find new adventures. Take 5-15 minutes to sit in the sun and just enjoy its warm feeling.

  1. Play basketball and train in the sun. :) Take your shirt off and soak the rays. It sucks staying indoors on a day like this and nobody seems to want to just go outside. I love the effort to promote a better and healthier lifestyle! :)
