Day 6: Invent a smoothie


Pick 3 to 5 of your favorite ingredients (veggies, fruit, milk, cereal...) to put in a smoothie. Even though that combination might not exist - be the first one to make it! Prepare the smoothie as you like it. Put more sugar if you please, milk, cream, chocolate, vanilla, cinnamon, or any additional flavors that you prefer to make it more tasty! When you make it enjoy in your new smoothie! Don't forget to write everything down so you can make it for your family and friends! :)

    Cucumber
    Watermelon
    Mango
    Lemon
    Vanilla icecream
    Mint

    Cut/dice mango, watermelon and cucumber (2:2:1 ratio). Add half a lemon juice. In the blender, add the icecream so that it's 2 fruits to 1 icecream ratio. For thicker smoothies, add more icecream, but don't go more than 50:50, because then it will become a milkshake. If you have frozen yogurt, this will work better.

    Decorate with a slice of cucumber and a stalk of mint. :) Have a healthy drink!
